Description
A dynamic management consulting group is seeking BUSINESS CONSULTANTS with at least 1 year of professional experience with leading management consulting firms specialising in financial institutions practices in Verona and Milan.
Education
A degree in economics, engineering, or computer science is required.
Skills and Experience
Basic knowledge of business, organisational structures, and operational models of financial institutions (banks, insurance, and financial services companies in general).
Skills and experiences in Program/project management and/or market and business analysis and/or organisational, process, and functional analysis.
Problem-solving aptitude, team collaboration, and excellent interpersonal skills.
Excellent proficiency in using the Office suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
Fluency in English is an essential requirement.
Full-time position
Work location in Verona or Milan, with the possibility of frequent business trips to client companies.
Employment contract will be offered with compensation commensurate with previous experience and assigned role.
