Founded in Verona in 2008, the parent company Phoenix Capital Iniziative di Sviluppo operates, with its technological subsidiary Atlantis Next, launched in 2012, under the joint brand of “Phoenix Group”.
In addition to Verona, we are also based in Milan, Rome, Luxembourg, Lausanne and San Francisco.

Since February 2019, Phoenix Capital has established the Corporate Finance Division The Corporate Finance Division was established in February 2019. Since then, a rich bundle of relationships, skills and managerial expertise has been accumulated over time and turned into a comprehensive service offering.
The Division was founded in 2019 to provide the Italian market with 360-degree innovative technological solutions for corporate telecommunications, cyber security and Information and Communication Technology.
The Division offers an end-to-end integrated full service to tech and financial companies, in combination with high degree of flexibility and a pragmatic approach to meet customer needs and expectations.
The Division is structured as a distribution channel insurance policy offered by its partner Vitanuova, an insurance broker founded in Verona in 2015 and, today, among the top ten Italian brokers in the life sector with a strong presence also in the non-life sector. The Division also offers insurance advisory services to our existing and new customers.
The Division focuses its broad portfolio of skills, solutions and services on the specific target of insurance brokers. Particular attention is dedicated to the sector of independent insurance intermediation which involves players in the financial, , IT, insurance, banking, payments and utilities sectors.
The Division is a structured hub of operational skills, methodologies, processes, tools and technologies for innovation projects: a bridge between the world of startups and innovative SMEs, industrial operators and venture capital tools.
By integrating the Media & Communication services of the Sport Management Division, led by Enzo Zanin, now also CEO of FC Clivense, Phoenix Capital expands and unifies institutional, digital, social and marketing communication services in the MediaCom, Sport, Entertainment & Culture Division operating.
