Having the right person, in the right place, to train and nurture: this is the objective that all companies look at when evaluating profiles and skills of undergraduates and recent graduates. This is why we take great care of our relationships and collaborations with universities.
This is a fundamental link for growing talents and skills, knowledge, and “introducing” graduates and undergraduates into company dynamics, so that they can test themselves in the field and identify the work environment most suitable to with their skillset, personality and expectations.
Today, Phoenix Capital is happy to thirteen “training internships and job orientation” agreements with Italian and international universities. The aim is to create a direct channel with young people and facilitating them in entering the job market.

In December 2022, Phoenix Capital signed a collaboration agreement with the “Ismail Qemali” University of Vlorë in Albania, the first Framework Agreement with an international university. An important event also for the University of Vlorë which chooses Phoenix Capital as the first foreign company for an agreement of this kind.
TRAINING PROCESS, THE METHODS – Phoenix Capital welcomes into its organisation undergraduates and graduates who own the skills to achieve the objectives set in the individual training programmes outlined by the respective universities.
The training activity is monitored by a tutor appointed by the University as well as by a company tutor, appointed by Phoenix Capital, who is responsible for the Project.
The university tutor monitors the entire training course and coordinates the educational-organizational path, linking together promoter, host and trainee.
We are also registered on the MA portal of the following universities:

We have also activated internships with the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
