Effective from the end of February, Elena will be responsible for the selection, management, and development of human resources for the Group’s companies, drawing on the collaboration of a highly skilled team and cutting-edge application solutions set up and implemented over the last two years under the direct supervision of CEO Giovanna Saraconi.
A professional with extensive experience in human resources, Elena has developed a cross-functional career path that has seen her lead complex HR processes in dynamic and rapidly evolving environments. Throughout her career, she has distinguished herself through an approach based on active listening, empathy, and the ability to combine quality and speed in decision-making, always keeping people and corporate culture at the center.
In her new role, she will be responsible for defining and implementing HR strategies focused on organizational development, talent development, and the promotion of an inclusive, collaborative, and high-impact work environment. Thanks to her creative and problem-solving mindset, she will guide the evolution of HR processes with a view to innovation, efficiency, and sustainable growth.
