Our U.S. subsidiary is sponsoring “Italian Research Day Around the World”, scheduled for April 27, featuring the event “Connecting Minds, Advancing Health: Italy – Houston Medical Science Dialogue”, which will take place at the TMC INNOVATION FACTORY, where our Houston office is located. The event will bring together leading Italian scientists working in the United States, with the aim of promoting dialogue, fostering the exchange of knowledge, and strengthening scientific collaboration between Italy and Houston, one of the world’s most advanced hubs in the field of medical sciences.
The initiative, organized by the Consulate General of Italy in Houston in collaboration with ISNAFF, Comites Houston, and the Texan Scientific Italian Community, will bring together researchers, professionals, and stakeholders from the healthcare and biomedical sectors, offering a unique platform for dialogue and networking. The evening’s program features presentations by prominent Italian scientists working in the United States, with ample time dedicated to direct interaction with the audience and discussion of the future prospects of research.
Speakers include Giulio Draetta, Luigi Ricciardiello, Laura Detti, Maria Elena Bottazzi, Giulio Taglialatela, and Mauro Ferrari, who will cover a wide range of strategic topics, from biomedical innovation to scientific cooperation between Italy and the U.S., and from entrepreneurship in the medical sector to clinical research and global health.
